Organising Tourist Cruises - Without Pearl Diving

This activity includes:

• Facilities that conducts marine tours through regular and irregular marine transport lines, including the transfer of individuals and tourist groups providing them with accommodation and subsistence services in addition to other tourists services.

• Tourism license issuance and renewal fee: BHD 150

• The office location must be within the premises approved by Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.

• The office must be equipped and furnished.
• Availability of at least one vessel designated for tourism activity and registered with the Ports Affairs and Maritime Navigation Department.
• The availability of a certificate of ownership of the vessel.
• Availability of a valid insurance certificate from an approved insurance company for the vessel, its crew and passengers.

• Vessel ownership certificate for each vessel.
• A valid insurance certificate by one of the verified insurance companies to the vessel, crew and passengers.

• Resolution No. (93) of 2017 regulating the activity of domestic cruise tourism.
