  1. Customers should contact the reservation and licenses department by phone +973 17558802 / +973 1755827 or Online Form click here to provide a brief about the exhibition or event they wish to organize

  2. The BIECC team will present customers with all relevant information required – halls rent fees, spaces available and the services BIECC provide for the organizers – in addition to floor plans. The team will then explain the method of reservation, payment and all the rules and regulations adopted by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition Authority.

  3. Once chosen, the relevant hall can be reserved and blocked for up to two weeks

  4. After the reservation is confirmed, customers are required to fill in the approved reservation form and provide a written brief on the event, alongside a copy of the organizing company’s Commercial Registration (CR) which has to include the activity of events and trade exhibition management

  5. Upon submitting the reservation form and all appendixes, the information is then passed for management approval and consent.

  6. As soon as the management approves the request, a letter will be sent to the customer confirming the booking and explaining the method of settling the non-refundable 10% advance payment; this amount should be paid within a week from the letter date to prevent booking cancellation.

  7. Post advance payment, BTEA will issue a license for the organizing company allowing them to legally promote and market the event
